How to verify that the ADSL line will arrive in time?
By simply calling 1013 or technical services.
First, it must trade at all is square, your complete and you have received your modem. You must be at least D + 4 days for this process.
Like France Telecom, which handles the physical installation of your line, just call them at 1013 or at the direction of your technical department to simply ask if they have any news. Warning: this is not worth asking to insist that your line is mounted on a priority basis, you just wait.
So you have 2 cases:
1) if they have knowledge of your file ADSL (ADSL specify well) then everything goes well, your ADSL will arrive soon. Do not push too much, they do not like it, and this could backfire ...
2) your file is unknown to them: this is where we must act immediately because there was a problem with shopping or validation. Obviously the commercial services have other things to do than to remind you that there is a problem, then it is up to you to request verification that the dossier is complete and activate ADSL enabled line construction.
Personally, it took me 17 phone calls in 3 days a commercial service operator realizes that the file was blocked and therefore not received by the technical services.
It works with FT / Orange (sales = 1014), but it should work also with other operators.
As usual you are welcome commenntaires.
