Box" Maximum Value "is the theoretical value, ie
one you should be in the best technical conditions
for your subscription.
If you subscribe to 8Mb / s then put 8192, but if like me,
for technical reasons (quality of connection) bandwidth has been reduced manually
to 6Mbps then enter 6000 (5976 home).
Why this value? Because one just does not connect modem
almost never at the same speed, it depends on the disturbance and
quality of the line at that time. So, the difference between the value
theoretical and actual value is important information that goes
in calculating the quality of your line.
The information provided by servers on your line are not always reliable
, but the values given by AliveBox
are real.
