The ADSL down bandwidth (512Kb / s) worked but not the high-speed (10Mbps). We tested the short-line bypassing the filter, but it made no difference. Then the operator has requested an advanced study of the line and France Telecom (for unbundled line) found no malfunction, the technician would then move.
the eve of his visit we again bypassed this system and ADSL worked the first time!
So the technician's intervention has been canceled ... It would have been charged (minimum 55 euros) for the removal of the filter on which it is nevertheless noted "owned by France Telecom."
Conclusion: double check the eve online portion of the technician, she was perhaps changed in the meantime!
